Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Alpena team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the preparation of outbound shipments, inventory management, and inter-facility coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to maintain high standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare outbound kitted shipments for internal customers
Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and inventory areas
Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and space utilization
Travel occasionally between JKL facilities in Alpena for job fulfillment
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to build effective relationships with team members and internal customers
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Required Knowledge

Basic understanding of inventory management principles
Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics workflows
Experience using software tools for inventory tracking and reporting
Ability to Implement

Operate within a structured warehouse environment
Apply inventory software tools to maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively across teams and departments
Adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently
Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience preferred but not required)
Hold a valid driver's license
