PMI is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in a General Manufacturing labor role that includes aspects of machine operation, machining, and other general labor duties. While manufacturing experience is preferred, PMI provides on-the-job training for applicants who are eager and able to learn. The ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch is preferred, and a desire to work with your hands is required. Candidates must be able to work various (swing) shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality parts.
Perform general labor tasks as needed.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure the quality of parts.
Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills Needed
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Trainable and eager to learn.
Good attendance record.
Ability to work well within a team without causing or getting caught up in drama.
