Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Welder with experience in MIG welding and TIG welding to join our team. This role involves working closely with engineering and fellow welders to fabricate components according to detailed specifications. The ideal candidate will be motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding (TIG welding required) on various components.
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
Use measurement tools and techniques to ensure precision.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues.
Set up welding power supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills

MIG welding proficiency (TIG welding experience required).
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Use of measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.).
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team.
Required Knowledge

Understanding of welding processes and safety protocols.
Familiarity with welding symbols and fabrication standards.
Basic mechanical and manufacturing principles.
Ability to Implement

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply welding techniques to meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and adjust based on engineering feedback.
Maintain consistent attendance and a positive work ethic.
