LOCATION: Dublin, GA
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This facility provides critical support and stabilization services for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment. Join us in making a meaningful impact through compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Greet individuals entering the lobby in a professional and welcoming manner
Coordinate with Crisis Service Center staff upon arrival, including obtaining basic information (name, date of birth, history in Netsmart, and reason for visit)
Assist with pat-down searches for individuals admitted to TO/CSU as needed, in accordance with safety protocols
Support the Unit Secretary with monitoring and updating the CSP board
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area
Monitor inventory and restock front desk supplies; notify supervisor of supply needs
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
