LOCATION: Dublin, GA
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This facility provides critical support and stabilization services for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment. Join us in making a meaningful impact through compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Monitor CSP board to ensure accuracy of admissions, discharges, and individuals requiring review; communicate updates to the Charge Nurse
Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and provider-to-provider (doc-to-doc) communication
Answer and direct calls at the nurses' station to appropriate staff
Communicate admissions and discharges among TO, CSC, and CSU teams
Prepare and organize treatment team documents, including signature pages and lab results for provider review
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Cardex information
Scan and upload documentation into charts, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Maintain shift reports and submit to the Charge Nurse for review
Manage and update waitlists, including contacting individuals regarding placement status
Prepare and distribute necessary forms (e.g., PIN sheets, COVID screening forms)
Maintain a clean and organized nurses' station, ensuring no PHI is left unsecured
Track and submit 1013 documentation and notify staff of upcoming expirations within required timeframes
Coordinate with food services to confirm daily census and special dietary needs
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors
Basic data entry and documentation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
