Corporate Tax Manager

Location: Boston, MA And Hartford, CT (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work
Supervise and mentor team members
Manage client relationships and engagements
Research tax issues and respond to IRS/state inquiries
Requirements
CPA (MA) or JD with active license
47+ years of corporate tax experience
Strong ASC 740 (tax provision) experience
Public accounting background (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred)
Experience with multi-state or global companies
Willing to work onsite 3 days a week
Preferred
OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience
Exposure to SALT, international tax, or transfer pricing
Currently at Manager level (or strong Senior ready for promotion)
