Tech Trek Events is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact business conferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless event operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of Tech Trek Events, engaging with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Open and close events professionally, maintaining audience energy and engagement.
  • Introduce keynote speakers, panelists, and sponsors.
  • Moderate panel discussions and Q&A sessions, ensuring smooth interaction.
  • Ensure event timelines are followed and make real-time adjustments if needed.
  • Work closely with the event management team for seamless coordination.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in event hosting, public speaking, or media.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle live audiences and unexpected situations with ease.
  • Experience in corporate or industry-specific events is a plus.
