We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Contract Host to join our team at 11800 W. Broad St. Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, managing event logistics, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Provide information about the event, venue, and facilities
Coordinate with event planners and other staff to ensure smooth operations
Address any guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with venue policies
Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Basic knowledge of event management and logistics
Proficiency in using reservation and event management software is a plus
