We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks at our events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
Help with registration and guest check-in
Provide support to event coordinators and other staff as needed
Ensure the event space is clean and organized
Assist with managing crowd control and directing guests
Handle any on-site issues or emergencies in a professional manner
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
