Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Event Helper to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment
Greet and direct guests, providing exceptional customer service
Support event activities, including registration, crowd control, and coordination of event logistics
Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
