Event Helper

We are seeking a contract event helper to assist with various tasks for events held at our location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and organizing event materials.
Greet and direct guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Help manage registration and check-in processes.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Provide support during the event, including serving food and beverages, managing activities, and addressing any issues that arise.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space before, during, and after the event.
Assist with post-event tasks such as inventory management and feedback collection.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in event management or related fields are a plus.
Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
