We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across Ventura county. In this role, you’ll connect with property managers, HOAs, commercial real estate teams, and facilities leaders, building long-term partnerships that help their properties thrive.

We're looking for the best in the industry. Our commission structure rewards performance, top producers have the opportunity to earn well above OTE.

What You’ll Do
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oxnard, CA.

Develop and grow relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial real estate groups, and facilities teams

Identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement opportunities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across Ventura County

Represent Strata within local industry associations and networking groups

Track activity and opportunities through our CRM and maintain strong sales discipline

Collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities as we continue expanding the Strata platform across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, or account management

Experience selling to commercial properties, HOAs, property managers, or facilities teams preferred

Background in landscaping, facilities services, construction services, or related industries is a plus

Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach

Proven ability to generate new business and build a sales pipeline

Strong communication and presentation skills
