The Role
Johnnie-O is looking for a detail-oriented
Production Costing Coordinator
to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to learn the financial and operational side of apparel production.
The ideal candidate will support both production execution and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy across FOB pricing, freight, duties, and overall landed costs, while also assisting with day-to-day production coordination. This person will play a key role in helping the team operate efficiently, identify discrepancies, and maintain visibility into production costs from development through delivery.

Responsibilities
Track and maintain FOB/DDP/LDP costs across production orders
Review and reconcile freight invoices, shipping charges, and logistics costs for accuracy
Assist in tracking duties, tariffs, and landed cost calculations
Ensure cost data is updated accurately in internal systems
Identify and communicate discrepancies in costing or billing
Track and update wholesale and MSRP pricing in internal systems
Liaison between Production, Vendors, Sales Team, and Design Team
Assist with review of production packing lists and shipping documentation
Support management of design and production data in the Companys ERP (PO entry, SKU creation, HTS code management, etc.)
Ensure accuracy of production and cost data across systems
Complete other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications
BA/BS in related field and/or 12 years of relevant experience
Candidate must possess strong numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to maintain data accuracy
Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage, manipulate, organize, and analyze large data sets efficiently
Strong communication skills with vendors, factories, and internal teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Experience with apparel production, costing, or supply chain processes
Strong knowledge of FOB, freight, duties, or tariff calculations
Experience with ERP systems such as Full Circle, Blue Cherry, or similar
