Were looking for a Benefits Coordinator who enjoys helping employees, partnering with teammates, and making benefits easy to understand. This

on-site role in Easton, PA

supports day?to?day benefits administration and delivers a great employee experience across the organization.
What Youll Do
Welcome new hires by coordinating benefit orientations and supporting benefit enrollments.
Be a go?to resource for employee questions about medical, retirement, and leave benefits.
Support leave administration (FMLA, STD, state leaves) in partnership with an external administrator.
Assist with 401(k) administration, payroll deductions, and employee changes.
Help make Open Enrollment smooth and stress?free with clear communication and accurate data.
Maintain benefit records, audit data, and review vendor invoices.
Partner with the HR team on wellness programs and special projects.
What Were Looking For
24 years of experience in benefits or HR coordination preferred.
Knowledge of benefits programs and regulations (health plans, 401(k), FMLA, COBRA, ACA).
Strong attention to detail with a service?oriented mindset.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Associates degree preferred.
