
Membership / Meeting / Communications Coordinator

Working in tandem with the Executive Director and other team members for 3 national/international non-profit associations (American Society of Preventive Oncology, Institute of Nuclear Materials Management and Association for Applied Sport Psychology, the Membership / Meeting / Communications Coordinator provides valuable information to association members, assists in managing registration for meetings and assists in planning and executing association meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Frontline customer service for association members
Processing membership applications and renewals
Support for association committees
Coordinate meeting registration
Plan and execute member marketing and communications
Maintain association websites, social media, and email channels
Plan & coordinate virtual meetings / webinars
Support various aspects of meetings, registration set-up, assisting the Meeting Manager
Database Management
Support for certification and graduate program accreditation programs (AASP only)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and firm deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer literacy with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe Creative Design or Canva is a plus)
Previous MAC experience preferred (we are a MAC only office)
