No direct aerospace experience is required; training is provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
As an Assembler & Test Technician, you will assemble, test, and inspect aerospace components with precision. You will follow standardized work instructions, use hand and power tools, complete quality documentation, and support daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
Assemble, test, and inspect small aerospace components and finished units
Operate hand and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and secure parts
Follow detailed work instructions and complete required quality documentation
Clean, prepare, and maintain parts, tools, and workstations
Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets
Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Experience with automated testing processes is a plus
Blueprint reading is a plus
Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and eagerness to learn
Clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment

This is a contract to hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
