About the Role
As a Design Consultant, you will meet with pre-approved, pre-set homeowners in their homes, guide them through a personalized consultation, design their ideal bath solution, and provide a same-day, down-to-the-penny quote .
We specialize in one-day bath transformations (tub-to-shower, shower conversions), delivering both speed and quality.

What You’ll Do
Build trust through active listening and intentional communication
Design customized bath solutions based on homeowner needs
Present pricing clearly and confidently on-site
Guide homeowners to a decision with integrity (no pressure tactics)
Track activity and performance in CRM
Continuously grow your skillset and mindset
Who We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who is:
Purpose-driven and values being in service to others
Confident and coachable with a strong desire to grow
Experienced in in-home sales (home improvement preferred)
Comfortable discussing and closing $10K–$30K+ projects
Emotionally intelligent and able to connect quickly with people
Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience (in-home preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Comfortable using technology (CRM, iPad presentations, etc.)
