Child and Adolescent Outpatient Licensed Therapist

LifeStance Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care to children, adolescents, and their families. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy in both in-person and telehealth settings, offering flexible access to care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and ethics. As part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization, you will conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy tailored to the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of young patients. You will regularly monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and maintain thorough and timely documentation in our electronic health record system. The therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed clinicians, as well as coordinate care with schools, primary care providers, and community resources when appropriate. You will conduct risk assessments, manage crises within an outpatient scope, and uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
