Roles and Responsibilities The host is the face of the restaurant, shaping the guest experience through excellent customer service and energy.
Primary duties include:
Greeting guests upon arrival
Handling reservations via phone or in person
Managing phone calls and transfers
Answering questions about the restaurant and menu
Assisting wait staff as needed
Providing accurate wait times and escorting guests
Ensuring excellent customer service
Resolving guest complaints
Knowledge of beer, wine, and food menus
Assisting with cleanliness and restocking of restrooms

Qualifications Requirements:
Serve Safe Certificate within 2 weeks of employment
