As a Senior Analyst, AR at RXO, you will analyze accounts receivable data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities that impact cash flow and customer payment performance for our Managed Transport division. You will partner with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support accurate, timely reporting. What your day-to-day will look like:
Analyze AR aging, delinquency, disputes, unapplied cash, and write-offs
Identify trends and root causes impacting cash flow and payment performance
Build and maintain AR reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Communicate findings clearly to AR leadership and business partners
Partner with Billing, Credit, Sales, and Operations to resolve systemic issues
Support forecasting, accruals, and month-end close activities
Identify gaps in current processes and support improvement initiatives
Use AR and collection systems to improve data accuracy and visibility
Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership review
Act as a subject-matter resource for Analysts and AR Specialists
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit, or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
Experience with ERP or reporting tools (Oracle, SAP, Power BI)
It'd be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with AR or collection platforms (HighRadius, Get Paid, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally to drive resolution and process improvement
