Operations Assistant

The Association seeks a temporary, part-time Operations Assistant to work approximately 20-30 hours per week. This role performs administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and assist with financial management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
Create important documents and materials, such as reports, memos, and spreadsheets.
Maintain digital filing systems and records within SharePoint.
Draft and edit routine correspondence.
Assist with the member support process by updating directories and contact databases.
Coordinate logistics for events and annual meetings.
Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and work independently.
Effectively prioritizes work and meets deadlines.
Highly organized and task-oriented.
Professional and positive attitude.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role.
