We are a small innovation and product development company in the consumer healthcare and wellness space, based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Our flagship product, NasalGuard, is sold on Amazon and in international markets, and is now positioned for expansion into new territories, channels, and retail opportunities. NasalGuard is supported by a free one‑of‑kind mobile app AllerAid+ in iOS and android.
We are seeking a self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Marketing, Sales & Distribution professional to help lead our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially and entrepreneurially minded individual who is ready to step into a broader role, help expand an established product, and contribute to the launch of additional consumer product lines.
The role is best suited for someone with 7–10 years of relevant experience in a marketing‑, sales‑ and distribution‑focused organization, ideally in consumer healthcare, wellness, OTC, personal care, skincare, or related CPG categories. We are not seeking a large‑company executive background, but rather a strong, hands‑on performer from a small to lower‑mid‑sized team environment where marketing, sales, and distribution were central drivers of growth.
The ideal candidate has worked under a CMO, Head of Sales, or another senior commercial leader and is now ready for a more independent opportunity with meaningful room for growth, contribution, and impact.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Expand sales and distribution from a limited online base into broader domestic retail channels
Support and strengthen the company’s online and digital marketing efforts
Develop practical marketing, sales, and channel strategies to drive revenue growth
Build relationships with distributors, retailers, brokers, and other channel partners
Identify and open new markets, territories, and sales opportunities
Bring strong execution, organization, and follow‑through in a small, entrepreneurial office environment
Support the planned launch of a new ayet‑to‑named anti‑aging skincare brand, beginning with a face and neck cream based on innovative patent‑pending technology
Apply relevant consumer product experience to help shape the positioning, commercialization, sales, and distribution of additional product lines
Has 7–10 years of relevant experience in a sales‑, marketing‑, and distribution‑driven organization
Thrives in a small company environment and is comfortable taking ownership
Is highly organized, independent, and able to execute with limited supervision
Has practical experience in sales growth, channel development, and distribution expansion
Brings strong commercial judgment, initiative, and energy
Sees this as a genuine opportunity for career growth and broader responsibility
Has a broad network of relevant industry contacts and resources, which is highly desirable
International marketing or sales exposure is a plus
Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, or adjacent consumer categories is an advantage
A college degree is not the primary requirement. We place greater value on relevant experience, maturity, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver results.
Compensation will include a base salary of $72,000 to $96,000, commensurate with relevance and duration of experience plus a performance bonus of up to 25% based on agreed revenue and profit goals. The position may also offer participation in a stock‑based reward plan, subject to defined company milestones, including years of service and/or sales performance.
