
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of brand marketing initiatives for Don Q Rum in the U.S., ensuring all programs are delivered with a premium, cohesive, and consumer-centric approach. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to bring campaigns to life across retail, on premise, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives across retail, on premise, digital, and experiential channels.
Support planning and execution of brand activations and events, including experiential programs, influencer events, and consumer experiences, managing budgets, tracking expenses, and overseeing post-event recaps, asset collection, and internal reporting.
Assist with the production and distribution of POS and branded materials, managing vendors, timelines, and approvals.
Partner with Sales to support in-market execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with brand priorities.
Adapt campaign assets into physical and experiential formats while maintaining brand integrity.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all programs, channels, and deliverables.
Manage creative asset workflows, including revisions, approvals, and organization across internal platforms.
Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives, including materials, shipments, and on-site support as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution across all initiatives.
Open and manage purchase orders, supporting budget tracking to ensure alignment with approved marketing spend.
Support tracking and reporting of campaign and activation performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within spirits, CPG, or a related industry
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting events, activations, or production of marketing materials preferred
Experience working with budgets and vendor management preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of premium brand execution
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Monday.com and Canva is a plus

Experience working in a regulated beverage (spirits, wine, beer) industry.
