Salary Range: $24.00-$30.00 Per Hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The Administrative Assistant will oversee schedules, coordinate meetings, manage records, prepare invoices, and generate reports. Additionally, the role entails handling DBIDS submissions and tracking to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the schedule and work order tracking system.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing materials
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare and edit various documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, invoices, and reports
- Assist in organizing company events and special projects
- Fulfill DBIDS submission requirements and track compliance status
- Order office and kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
