New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Licensed Counselor to join our outpatient program supporting individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD)

What you’ll do:

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Complete assessments, intakes, and treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records
• Support patients through recovery and relapse prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

• Active license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred
• 500+ hours in substance use counseling
• Experience with group facilitation
