New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Licensed Counselor to join our outpatient program supporting individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD)
For over 30 years, New Season has been a national leader in outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder. We provide medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and whole-person care to help patients reclaim their lives.

What you’ll do:
Provide individual, group, and family counseling
Complete assessments, intakes, and treatment plans
Document patient progress and maintain clinical records
Support patients through recovery and relapse prevention
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
Active license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred
500+ hours in substance use counseling
Experience with group facilitation
