Legal Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support multiple practice areas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and a great fit for a bright, detail-oriented professional with strong technology skills and at least 2 years of administrative experience (legal experience preferred) who is looking to grow with a respected firm.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals across practice groups
Manage calendars, correspondence, filings, and document preparation
Assist with billing, file management, and general workflow support
Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced, professional environment
Qualifications
13 years of administrative experience (legal experience preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning new technology
Excellent organization, communication, and proofreading skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
