We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to partner with the Leadership Team and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and organizational success within a dynamic technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations: Partner with the Leadership Team to establish and maintain a strong Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring efficient operation and clear priorities.

Lead end‑to‑end planning processes in partnership with the Leadership Team, aligning with corporate planning cycles and integrating across business units.

Serve as the point person for weekly Leadership Team meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, facilitation support, and tracking of decisions and follow‑up actions.

Support day‑to‑day business operations, including business planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness.

Partner with Finance to support budget, forecast, and headcount management, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.

Define, plan, and drive cross‑team process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.

Own and maintain team intranet portals, operational processes, access models, and procedures documentation, ensuring information is current and actionable.

Organizational Health: Work with HR and Leadership to shape and drive the people and culture agenda, maintaining a great workplace.

Lead and support team health initiatives, including morale‑building activities, offsites, onboarding experiences, and engagement programs.

Coordinate planning and execution of team events, including internal forums and partner‑facing events.

Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, change management, and team engagement.

Communications: Plan and create team communications, including executive communications, newsletters, all‑hands meetings, and presentations.

Build strategy, narrative, and content for key leadership meetings, business reviews, and events, aligning with leadership vision and business priorities.

Manage communications and interactions across stakeholders to ensure well‑prepared, efficient, and impactful meetings and engagements.

Communicate complex information clearly across functional teams, becoming a trusted subject matter expert and connector who drives impact.

Ensure consistent, timely, and clear communication across the organization, supporting alignment and execution.

Special Projects & Programs: Lead, plan, track, and contribute to cross‑team projects and strategic initiatives supporting evolving business priorities.

Work closely with Leadership and cross‑company counterparts on integration initiatives, especially for newly integrated team members.

Support coordination and execution of key business moments, including fiscal year planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and other strategic planning activities.

Adapt quickly to changing business needs, taking on new programs and initiatives as required.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) or 8‑10 years of equivalent practical experience.

3‑5 years of solid experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or other business‑related roles (minimum 2 years of solid business management experience in any industry).

Advanced oral and written communication skills, with strong planning and organizational abilities.

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence decision‑making.

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a strong capacity for cross‑group collaboration.

High level of integrity, excellent judgment, and discretion in handling confidential corporate information.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Previous experience with a large technology company.

Experience in the digital entertainment or marketing industries.

Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy and operations, and/or communications.

A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and effectively manages priorities.

Comfortable working with virtual teams.
