We have approximately 6 hygienists and a team of about 50 employees. We have maintained a 5 star average over 11 years. *Dental Hygienist - part time or full time. Flexible hours. Flexible Days. Salary plus bonus.*
*How much time do I get per patient?*
Our hygienists get 1 hour for adult prophy, 1.5 hour for 2 quads of SRP, 1.5 hours for new patients.
*Pay?*
Quarterly bonuses paid to most hygienists plus base salary.
*Who owns the practice?*
Practice is privately owned by Dr Stringer who work side by side with the entire team.
*How many employees work at PearlFection?*
6 existing hygienists work at PearlFection and 16 doctors but its a family and not big corporate dentistry.

* State of the art equipment available to every hygienist and doctor, including Cone Beam CT, Cavitrons, Prophy Jets, Freedom Handpieces, digital xrays, intraoral cameras in each room.
