Eno River Dental is growing and looking for our *fourth and final RDH* to add to our family!

*Hours/Benies*:
* Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-6 (1hr lunch)
* Wednesdays 7-3 (work thru lunch w/ smaller breaks in between)
* alternating Mondays/Fridays 7-3 resulting in working M-Th then Tues-Fri (yes that means a 4-day weekend every other week!)
* Single-column days with a tight knit team always willing to help flip a room and start a patient when that chatty patient had to tell you JUST one more story!
* Yes we offer health insurance and PTO! Happy to go through our comprehensive benies package with interested candidates...it's just much easier to explain in person tbh, but we promise it's robust and more than worth the wait.

* Ooze dental hygiene excellence and have a genuine desire to do RIGHT by your patients (AKA no signing a waiver to prophy when they have perio or to waive necessary radiographs, knowing to refer to perio when appropriate, reaching for that second molar calc that you see on the x-ray, etc.)
* Have a non-judgmental, genuine down-to-earth approach to OHI with patients but are enthusiastic about learning about new products alongside the docs
* Possess friendly and confident communication skills with patients and your team (should want to form genuine connections with patients and the community as a result!)
* Have a self-disciplined proactive work ethic
* Are a reliable teammate that thrives on the satisfaction of getting the job DONE together (we don't say 'that's not my job' around here)
* Enjoy maintaining an organized, clean work environment...and color coding is your jam.
* Are able to laugh at our \*occasional\* bad jokes & yourself
* Up to date on OSHA and HIPAA training. Bonus if you've got experience with things like OpenDental, Nomad, SprintRay, scanning, and intraoral cameras
* Love staying caffeinated & snuggling furbabies!!

*Horas/Benies*:
* Martes y jueves 9 a 6 horas (1 hora de almuerzo)
* Miércoles 7 a 3 (trabajo hasta el almuerzo con pequeñas pausas entre ellas)
* Los lunes/viernes 7-3 se alternan, lo que resulta en el trabajo M-Th y luego Tues-Fri (sí eso significa un fin de semana de 4 días cada dos semanas!)
* Días de una sola columna con un equipo estrecho siempre dispuesto a ayudar a cambiar la habitación y comenzar un paciente cuando ese paciente hablador tenía que contarte SOLO otra historia!
* Sí, ofrecemos seguro de salud y PTO! Me alegra revisar nuestro paquete completo con los candidatos interesados...es mucho más fácil explicarlo en persona tbh, pero prometemos que es robusto y vale la pena esperar.

* Obtenga la excelencia en higiene dental y tenga un deseo genuino de hacer lo correcto por parte de sus pacientes (también conocido como no firmar una renuncia a profiecer cuando tienen periodos o para renunciar a las radiografías necesarias, saber referirse al periodo cuando sea apropiado, alcanzar el segundo cálculo molar que ve en los rayos X, etc.)
* Tener un enfoque real y sin juicios para la OHI con los pacientes, pero estar entusiasmados por aprender acerca de nuevos productos junto a los docentes
* Poseer habilidades de comunicación amistosas y confiadas con los pacientes y su equipo (¡debería querer establecer conexiones genuinas con el paciente y la comunidad como resultado!)
* Tener una ética de trabajo proactiva y auto-disciplinada
* ¿Es un compañero de equipo confiable que prospera en la satisfacción de conseguir el trabajo hecho juntos (no decimos 'eso no es mi trabajo' por aquí)
Disfruta manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo organizado y limpio...y codificar en color es tu problema.
