Key Responsibilities:
Mergers and acquisitions
Corporate formation and structuring
Secured stock and asset transactions
Secured financing transactions
General corporate transactional work
Contract drafting and review
Experience with intellectual property issues is a plus, including the licensing and prosecution of intellectual property and intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base pay range:
$150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr.
The annualized salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
