*Licensed Professional Land Surveyor Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise the field crews and coordinate boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
* Prepare detailed survey reports and legal descriptions.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
*Licensed Professional Land Surveyor Qualifications:*
* Missouri Professional Land Surveyor License: You must hold a valid PLS license in the state of Missouri. (Illinois license is a plus).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Products or other Survey Software, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiarity with many types of surveying (Boundary, ALTA /NSPS Land Title, Topographic, As-Built Surveys, Construction Staking, etc.).
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are paramount.
* Strong Communication: Effective communication with clients and team members.
