Land Surveyor
This position involves translating projects between the office and field, preparing property legal documents, directing field survey staff, performing survey calculations, and monitoring projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Translate projects between the office and field.
Prepare property legal documents.
Direct field survey members during construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, etc.
Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading.
Perform survey calculations for property boundaries.
Conduct ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking.
Monitor projects from start to finish and interact with clients.
Requirements
3+ years of land surveying experience.
PLS or LSIT license.
Experience with boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys and construction staking.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D.
Well-developed understanding of surveying process from start to finish.
