Business Development Manager

As a member of the Old Hickory team, you’ll help expand our reach with supermarkets, chains, and dealers nationwide . You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager and CEO to build strong relationships, close new accounts, and represent our 50+ year-old brand at trade shows, demos, and installations.
This role is ideal for someone sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable traveling to meet customers. We’re looking for a closer who can generate opportunities, develop trust, and help grow our business.
Responsibilities Lead the entire sales cycle from outreach to close
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, chains, and dealers
Negotiate pricing and contracts with decision-makers
Travel for demos, installations, and trade shows
Represent Old Hickory’s rotisseries, grills, and parts professionally
Must Have 5+ years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel and work directly with clients
Strong relationship-building and closing skills
Nice to have Foodservice equipment industry experience
Existing contacts in supermarket or dealer networks
Spanish or additional language skills
Trade show and presentation experience
