TruexCullins is seeking a Project Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our residential design team. We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses strong communication and organizational skills, has a passion for design, and works well with a team. You should have experience in all aspects of residential design including concepting, construction documents, and construction administration.
Qualifications
5 years full-time professional experience
Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture
Architectural registration or on the path to licensure
Proficiency in Revit
Ability to manage priorities efficiently and effectively on multiple projects either independently or as part of a team
Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants
Creative, critical, and innovative designer and thinker
Experience working in all phases of drawing documentation
Knowledge of building science, building codes, and best practices for durable, sustainable design
Comfortable working with residential clients and managing small to medium sized projects
