The Assistant Project Manager - Construction will play a key role in overseeing commercial construction projects, including ground-up and large remodels ranging from $5M to $100M. Description Assistant Project Manager - Construction Assist in managing ground-up and large remodel construction projects ranging from $2M to $100M. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Support the resolution of project-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
