Great hourly rate pay Benefits PTO/Vacation Job Details HR Generalist with L&D, people operations and performance mgmt focus using UKG! 6 mth contract assignment -hourly rate Talent & Performance Management Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent and performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews, and people development using UKG . Contribute to the development of the talent and performance management framework and related tools and resources. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive consistency, quality, and alignment in practices across the organization. Assist in reporting and analysis to support data-driven talent decisions. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience (Surveys) Support organization engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, focus groups, internal communication tools, and action planning to improve organizational culture within UKG platform Support leaders in analyzing employee feedback and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Contribute to culture-building programs aligned with company values and strategic priorities. HR Operations & Program Support Maintain and support HR programs, policies, and processes related to People Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support People Development KPIs and strategic decision-making. Serve as a resource for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on performance, development, and culture-related topics. Collaborate across corporate and local HR teams to ensure consistent execution of programs and initiatives. Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts within the People Development function. Skills: 3-7 yrs of experience in Human Resources, or related field; manufacturing experience is a must, distribution or logistics or warehouse environment is fine- 500-3000 users. Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and talent development practices. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations using systems, building reports and surveys. Experience working with HRIS (e.g., UKG) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
