In this role, you’ll take ownership of new business generation across Texas, leveraging your existing relationships within developers, asset owners, EPCs, and industry stakeholders. You’ll spend time meeting clients on-site, attending industry events, and actively identifying and closing new revenue streams. The commission structure rewards hunters who can win and expand accounts.
This position would suit a driven renewable energy sales professional who already has connections in the Texas solar market and wants the autonomy, flexibility, and financial upside to significantly increase their annual earnings.
The Role
Proactively hunt and win new solar and BESS business across Texas
Meet clients on-site, attend conferences, and develop new deal pipelines

Knowledge of solar and energy storage projects
