Are you an attorney with experience in insurance coverage experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm specializing in M&A insurance claims and coverage disputes. Our client represents insurance companies in a wide array of disputes arising from M&A transactions, both domestically and internationally. This hybrid role based in Boston offers a collaborative team environment and the chance to work on high-stakes cases with domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities:
Represent insurance companies in claims and disputes arising from M&A transactions.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of insurance policies and coverage issues.
Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
Collaborate within a team setting to develop case strategies and achieve client objectives.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and advice.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.
Must-Have Skills:
JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Active bar admission with the ability to obtain MA admission quickly.
1-6 years of experience in insurance coverage.
Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
