Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Scion Staffing
has been engaged to conduct the search for a
Staff Attorney
on behalf of our client, a well-established civil litigation firm in
San Francisco . This is a full-time, direct-hire role offering a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal document review teams and coordinate discovery-related workflows
Draft document review protocols and provide attorney training and supervision
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in motion and complaint writing
Prepare attorneys for meet-and-confer conferences and expert witness designations
Attend and assist in depositions and fact investigations
Draft deposition summaries and assist with client communications and document productions
Collaborate with paralegal and executive assistant teams to ensure calendar alignment and workflow efficiency
Organize, edit, and prepare trial and deposition exhibits
Coordinate trial logistics and litigation support activities
Maintain document databases and manage electronic discovery retrieval
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California State bar membership in good standing
Familiarity with state and federal court rules, procedures, and electronic filing systems (ECF)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
This position offers an annual salary between $120,000-$160,000 in addition to bonuses and a full benefits package.
