Role Description

The role involves maintaining and administering the company's IT infrastructure, managing system and network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all information systems. The Information System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining security, optimizing performance, and delivering technical support to end‑users.
Qualifications
Experience with Information Systems and System Administration
Knowledge and expertise in Network Administration
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus
Experience with cloud‑based technologies and virtualization preferred
