System Administrator L2.5 w/ MSP Experience – Client-Facing MSP Role with Growth, Autonomy & Full Benefits & Up to $95K

We’re partnering with a well-established, family-operated MSP in the Baltimore - Washington metro area that's been supporting SMB clients for over three decades. This is a System Administrator position designed for someone who’s not only technically sharp but also takes pride in building strong client relationships.

You’ll play a key role in supporting end users, troubleshooting M365 and networking issues, managing devices, and improving documentation and processes. It’s a technical role, but equally focused on delivering a stellar client experience.

Day to Day:

Provide Tier 2/3 remote and onsite support across desktops, applications, and mobile devices

Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and LAN/WAN connectivity

Configure and deploy user hardware (laptops, iPads, thin clients, etc.)

Create and maintain documentation, help sheets, and FAQs

Analyze trends to identify root causes and reduce repeat issues

Interface with both internal teams and external vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Dell)

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and trust

Requirements:

2-4+ years of experience in a technical support or systems admin role (MSP background preferred)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and general business app support

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune

A proactive, people-first mindset with strong documentation habits

Ability to self-manage tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

$75K–$95K salary range (depending on experience)
