Required Skills
: Pega Constellation experience and Pega CSSA certification
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
Should be able to support and guide the team.
Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Must have Pega CSSA certification. Pega LSA certification is preferred.
