Overview
Healthcare Financial Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Salt Lake City, UT or Pacific Northwest. This position requires regular in-person collaboration. Only candidates located in the Salt Lake City, UT or Seattle/Tacoma, WA areas will be considered.

Pay Range: $60-$65k annual
Position Overview
We're looking for a data-driven problem solver who enjoys turning complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you won't just be running reports—you'll be helping shape how data is used across the organization. As part of a fast-growing healthcare consulting and management firm, you'll work closely with leadership and clients to drive smarter decisions and support the continued growth of the largest interventional pain management group in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain recurring reports (e.g., reimbursement and distribution reports)
Assist in building dashboards for leadership and client visibility
Track service volume and provider productivity
Validate data accuracy and support compliance reporting
Ad Hoc Analysis
Respond to client and internal requests for custom data analysis
Provide insights to support operational and financial decision-making
Billing Analysis
Perform detailed audits to identify payer trends, variances, and revenue improvement opportunities
Support payer and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
OR 2+ years of healthcare data analysis experience in lieu of a degree
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience querying large datasets (SQL preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or other EHR systems
Experience in interventional pain management or a related specialty
