We’re hiring an entry-level Regulatory Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and regulatory review for a global financial institution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in how financial markets stay compliant behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Review client data and documentation to support onboarding and regulatory processes
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international financial regulations
Partner with internal teams across operations, legal, and compliance
Maintain accurate client records and support data quality initiatives
Assist with updates tied to new regulations and process improvements
Work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to manage structured workflows
Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office proficiency
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Exposure to compliance, onboarding, or financial services environments
Familiarity with regulatory concepts such as KYC or AML
Interest in process improvement or operational efficiency
