Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Corporate Trust operations by managing and strengthening client relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account-related requests

Support onboarding and ongoing interactions with new and existing clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently

Ensure all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks

Assist with operational processes and client service improvements

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in client service, financial services, or banking environment

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience in Corporate Trust or financial services operations

Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments
