Senior Accountant - Thackersville, OK (75k-90k)

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a well-established, growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full cycle of accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings strong GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across entities while partnering with leadership on financial reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Record daily cash transactions, deposits, and account activity

Prepare monthly billing and ensure timely distribution

Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations

Lead month-end close, including journal entries and financial reporting

Analyze variances between actuals and budget

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Assist with audit schedules and year-end tax preparation

Prepare and review 1099 filings

Collaborate with AP and provide guidance as needed

Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in small to mid-sized companies

Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting

Experience with reconciliations, financial statements, and internal controls

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
