Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team in Nappanee , Indiana. The Senior Accountant will support financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close while ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes. This Senior Accountant role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing financial data and supporting leadership with reporting and process improvements.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting support
• Support audit preparation and financial documentation

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Senior Accountant Compensation

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
• Location: Goshen, IN
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
