Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team in Niles, MI. The Senior Accountant will support general ledger activities, financial reporting, and month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounting operations. This Senior Accountant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, improving processes, and supporting leadership with reporting and analysis.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
• Prepare financial reports and support leadership with analysis
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong Excel and accounting system experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Senior Accountant Compensation

• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
• Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM EST | 100% On-Site
