The Work
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings and document business needs.
Create and update system designs; manage JIRA tickets for analysis and sprint work.
Support developers and testers by reviewing test cases and refining designs.
Write SQL queries and perform data analysis to validate requirements and support operations.
Author test scripts and contribute to quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with delivery for enterprise/MDM platforms.
Analyze production data to assist with root-cause analysis, research of issues/incidents.
Required Qualifications
Background as a Functional Analyst or Data Analyst.
Experience documenting requirements and creating test scripts.
Ability to write SQL queries and interpret data.
Experience facilitating meetings and working with cross-functional teams.
US citizen or dual citizen (Public Trust eligible).
Preferred Experience
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or enterprise data systems.
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Understanding of incident-management processes.
Experience contributing to platform or enterprise data improvements.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position in the following locations is:
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
$70,500—$136,700 USD.
